Instructions

  1. Put the tomatoes (not tomato paste), fennel, garlic, and basil in the steamer basket.
  2. Pour water into the tank (level 2).
  3. Start the cooking process.
  4. When the tomatoes, garlic, and basil are cooked, put them in the blending bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Blend to bring the puree to the desired consistency.
