Roasting veggies is a simple way for the entire family to enjoy flavors of carrots, potatoes and parsnips. Simply toss these veggies into Babycook to make a meal for baby while your family's veggies are roasting in the oven!
Ingredients
- 1 cup sweet potato cubed
- 1 cup carrots sliced
- 1/2 cup parsnip cubed
Instructions
- Put the sweet potato, carrots and parsnip in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- When the sweet potato, carrots and parsnip are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the puree to the desired consistency and blend.
