She’s starting to wean herself, nursing only once yesterday, and only twice-a-day this whole passed week. I’m such a mixture of emotions about it, never having felt that this was an obligation nor burden, but instead a gift we shared. Even if she decides to stop altogether soon, I am so grateful that we got to experience this physical connectivity during her introduction to the world. So many new things for her to learn and experience, I love that I get to be her constant.
