Out with the old, in with the new! This recipe is straight from our newest cook book a la French chef Alain Ducasse. Light, fresh and perfect for the hot summer days, say hello to our Zucchini Mint Ricotta puree!
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp ricotta
- 4 mint leaves
Instructions
- First, steam the zucchini, ricotta, and mint leaves on water level 1.
- Once done, transfer the contents into the blending bowl.
- Pulse blend to puree until desired consistency is reached.
