Winter Squash and Ham Purée

Baby will love the sweet taste of this purée, which comes from the addition of dried apricots. The apricots also add iron and Vitamins A and C.

  1. Put the squash and apricots in the steamer basket.
  2. Pour the water into the tank (level 3).
  3. Start the cooking process.
  4. When the squash mix is cooked, put it in the blending bowl and set aside the cooking liquid.
  5. Add the cooked ham, cooked couscous and butter.
  6. Blend, adding some of the cooking liquid to bring to the desired consistency.
