Healthy Summertime Popsicles
Make popsicles, but with a healthy twist. Yogurt pops are delicious, healthy, and a fun way to get probiotics in. This recipe contains superfood ingredient, Blue Majik. This algae extract has numerous health benefits along with its beautiful color!
Ingredients
- 1 tub greek yogurt Plain
- 1 carton blackberries
- 1 pinch blue majik
- 1 dash agave nectar Optional for sweetness
Instructions
- Place yogurt into blending bowl, along with the Blue Majik and optional Agave Nectar. Blend everything together.
- In your Multiportion container, place 2/3 Blackberries into each pouch so that they are on the bottom.
- Fill each pouch with the yogurt mixture.
- Place popsicle sticks into each pouch. Freeze for 1 hours.
- Take out & enjoy!
