Beans are a great food to introduce to baby as they are high in protein, vitamins and minerals. They also contain copper, zinc, phosporhus, thiamin, and niacin.

White Bean Soup
Beans are a great food to introduce to baby as they are high in protein, vitamins and minerals. They also contain copper, zinc, phosporhus, thiamin, and niacin.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup white beans pre-cooked
- 1/3 cup carrot sliced
- 1/4 cup onion sliced
- 1/2 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Put the carrot, onion and garlic in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the carrot, onion and garlic is cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Add the beans, olive oil and some of the cooking liquid to bring the soup to the desired consistency and blend.
