Tangy Lamb

This recipe is inspired by North Africa- it’s a great introduction of new flavors for baby. Lamb is rich in iron, which promotes baby’s growth. We suggest using the leg of the lamb for this recipe if you are just cooking for baby- if you are cooking lamb chops for the rest of the family, any part of the lamb can be used as long as fatty parts are avoided.
