  1. Put the carrot, apple and pear in the steamer basket.
  2. Pour water into the tank (level 3).
  3. Start the cooking process.
  4. When the carrot, apple and pear are cooked, pour them into the blending bowl, reserving some of the cooking liquid.
  5. Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend. Note that this purée will be on the thicker side, so for a creamier purée add more cooking liquid or milk of choice.
