Sweet Potato and Ginger Purée
We're firm believers that veggies combined with fruits can be a wonderful thing! This Sweet Potato, Mango and Ginger purée recipe is no exception- the ginger can be left out, but we added it to introduce baby to an exciting new flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet potatoes cubed
- 1 1/2 cups mango cubed
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 1/2 - 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions
- Put the sweet potatoes, mango and ginger in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the sweet potatoes, mango and ginger are cooked, put them in the blending bowl.
- Add the coconut milk to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
