Spinach Asparagus & Lemon Puree
Light, refreshing, and deliciously GREEN. This puree is perfect for introducing baby to asparagus. Enjoy as a puree for baby or as a chilled soup for yourself!
Ingredients
- 4-5 stalks asparagus chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- First, steam the asparagus on water level 2.
- Then, transfer the asparagus into the blending bowl. Place the spinach, coconut milk, and juice of 1/2 lemon in the blending bowl.
- Pulse blend puree, adding into more coconut milk to reach desired consistency.
- Enjoy!
