Spinach and Haddock Puree
Give baby a healthy dose of Omega 3-s and Iron with this quick Spinach and Haddock puree!
Ingredients
- 3/8 ounce haddock fillet
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Immerse the haddock into a bowl of water for 15 minutes to desalt it.
- Remove stems from spinach and wash thoroughly.
- Place the spinach and haddock into the steamer basket and fill the steamer reservoir to level 2. Cook for 10 minutes.
- When done, blend the spinach and fish into a thicker puree, adding a little bit of the leftover if needed.
