Give baby a healthy dose of Omega 3-s and Iron with this quick Spinach and Haddock puree!

  1. Immerse the haddock into a bowl of water for 15 minutes to desalt it.
  2. Remove stems from spinach and wash thoroughly.
  3. Place the spinach and haddock into the steamer basket and fill the steamer reservoir to level 2. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. When done, blend the spinach and fish into a thicker puree, adding a little bit of the leftover if needed.
