Edible flowers? That's right! Rose has been found to have a plethora of antioxidants that can improve the skin, inflammation, among other things. Try it out in this delicious smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup rose water
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tspn agave nectar
- 1/2 cup oat milk
Instructions
- Place ingredients into the blending bowl.
- Pulse blend to puree until desired consistency is reached.
- Garnish with fresh rose flower, blueberries, blackberries and flax seeds.
