  1. Mix the turmeric, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and Greek yogurt in a small bowl until combined. Place mixture in refrigerator.
  2. Put the cod and carrots in the steamer basket.
  3. Pour water into the tank (level 3).
  4. Start the cooking process.
  5. When the cod and carrots are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
  6. Add the black pepper and turmeric mix to the blending bowl.
  7. Add some of the cooking liquid, if necessary, to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
