Help build your baby's taste palate by introducing super-spices. Turmeric has high levels of antioxidants and helps develop the brain and a strong immune system.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon turmeric grated or powder
- 1 small clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, dill or cilantro chopped
- 1/4 pound cod fillet boneless, skinless
- 1/2 cup carrots sliced
Instructions
- Mix the turmeric, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and Greek yogurt in a small bowl until combined. Place mixture in refrigerator.
- Put the cod and carrots in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the cod and carrots are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Add the black pepper and turmeric mix to the blending bowl.
- Add some of the cooking liquid, if necessary, to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
