This smooth and sweet Red Pepper Puree is the perfect single ingredient meal to give to baby! Loaded with Vitamin A and C, make this puree in 5 minutes in Babycook.
Ingredients
- 2 red peppers chopped
- 1 tspn extra virgiin olive oil
- 1 pinch basil
Instructions
- Place the red peppers into the steam basket.
- Steam on water level 1 for 5 minutes.
- Once done transfer the red peppers into the blending bowl.
- Add in the olive oil and basil.
- Pulse blend to puree, adding more liquid to reach desired consistency.
