  1. Place the raspberries in the blending bowl, pulse blend until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Put the chia and coconut milk into a bowl, sit in freezer overnight or at least 3 hours until it's reached pudding like consistency.
  3. When ready, layer the raspberries and served chilled with desired toppings.
