Raspberry Chia Parfait
Cha-cha-cha CHIA! This recipe is fun, flavorful and healthy, too! Add this to your breakfast routine for something that packs a punch.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Instructions
- Place the raspberries in the blending bowl, pulse blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Put the chia and coconut milk into a bowl, sit in freezer overnight or at least 3 hours until it's reached pudding like consistency.
- When ready, layer the raspberries and served chilled with desired toppings.
