Purple Powerhouse Smoothie
Filled with antioxidants, this smoothie recipe is an easy way to get in essential fruits and veggies! Purple cabbage has never tasted so good.
Ingredients
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup purple cabbage
Instructions
- Place the blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cabbage, yogurt and coconut milk in the blending bowl.
- Pulse to blend, adding coconut milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Serve and enjoy!
