Instructions

  1. Put the pumpkin, Swiss chard, chestnut, pear, apple, red potato and green onion in steamer basket.
  2. Pour water into tank (level 3).
  3. Start the cooking process.
  4. When the fruits and vegetables are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
  5. Pulse twice, adding 2 tablespoons of cooking juices between pulses to obtain a thin purée, or add 1 tablespoon of cooking juice for a thicker purée.
  6. Serve with butter, olive oil and small pinch of ground pepper to taste.
