Ingredients
- 1 cup potatoes cubed
- 1 cup carrots sliced
- 1/4 cup formula, breast milk or cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Butter
Instructions
- Put the potatoes and carrots in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the potatoes and carrots are cooked, put them in the blending bowl.
- Add milk to bring the purée to the desired consistency.

For this potato and carrot mash recipe, when do you add in the butter and formula or Brest milk? I am assuming you add it to the blending bowl with the veggies to blend all together but the recipe says to use the reserved cooking liquid to bring it to the right consistency, so it’s not clear. Thanks!
