Plum and Apple Purée

Plums are fantastic for baby- not only are they sweet and pleasing to baby’s taste buds, but they are high in fiber too! They’re especially delicious when paired with apples. This is another super simple recipe that we think baby will enjoy.

  1. Put the apples and plums in the steamer basket.
  2. Pour water into the tank (level 2).
  3. Start the cooking process.
  4. When the apples and plums are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
  5. Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
