Pitaya Party Smoothie
This Pitaya Smoothie is like a party in your mouth! Okay, not an actual party, but the flavors pack the punch of one. Bonus? They make delicious pops, too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 2 kiwi Peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon
- 1 cup coconut milk
- unsweetend coconut flakes optional, garnish
Instructions
- Place frozen dragon fruit, black berries, raspberries and milk into blender. Pulse blend until evenly mixed.
- Add in teaspoon of lemon.
- Place mixture into bowl. Top with your favorite fruits and garnishes such as sliced kiwi, coconut flakes, or granola.
- Enjoy!
- EXTRA: These can also be made into popsicles! Simply place mixture into Multiportion containers and let freeze for 2 hours.
