Pear, Apple & Mint Purée
If baby is getting bored of the traditional purées, try this one! We added mint to fruits and yogurt to expose baby to a new flavor- it's a soothing flavor for baby.
Ingredients
- 3 cups pears cubed
- 1 cup apple cubed
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 3-4 mint leaves chopped
Instructions
- Put the pears and apple in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 2).
- Start the cooking process.
- Once the pears and apples are cooked, put them in the blending bowl with yogurt and mint.
- And some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
