Mango Chia Pudding

We’re loving this fiber and omega 3-filled Chia Mango Pudding recipe that’s perfect for moms and older babies (12 months+)!

Recipe adapted for Babycook from
  1. Scoop flesh of 1 mango into the blending bowl and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the yogurt and cardamom and blend again.
  3. Scoop out the yogurt mango mixture into a bowl or container and mix in the chia seeds.
  4. Leave in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before eating.
