Provide baby with a healthy dose of vitamin C which helps baby's system to absorb iron from all healthy foods, like veggies and grains!

Ingredients
- 1/8 cup yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mango cubed
- 1 teaspoon sugar or natural sweetener optional
Instructions
- Put the mango in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 2).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the mango is cooked, put it in the blending bowl with the yogurt, lemon juice,and sweetener.
- Blend to bring the purée to the desired consistency.
Recipe Notes
Note: Honey should not be giving to children under the age of 12 months.
