Ingredients

broccoli
1/2
zucchini
fresh lemon juice

extra virgiin olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the broccoli and zucchini in the steam basket.
Fill the reservoir to water level 2 and steam for 10 minutes.
Once done, transfer the broccoli and zucchini into the blending bowl.
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into the blending bowl, as well as a dash of olive oil and salt/pepper to taste.
Pulse blend to puree, adding in leftover steam water until desired consistency is reached.
