Lavender Moon Milk
This lavender infused drink will bring you a peace of mind and serenity.
Ingredients
- 2 cup oat milk heated up separately
- 1/4 cup cashews soaked overnight
- 1/2 tspn vanilla extract
- 2 pinches sea salt
- 1 tspn dried lavender buds
- 2 tspn agave nectar
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- First, steam the oats with the Rice Pasta grain insert.
- Then, place the oats into the blending bowl. Place remaining ingredients into the bowl, along with the heated up oat milk. Blend until evenly mixed.
- Place dried lavender into tea sachet, then immerse in the previously blended mixture and steep for 10 minutes. Remove and squeeze to release the oils.
- Place in glass jar to serve immediately or blend again for higher foam factor.
