We all known that spinach is a superfood, but did you know kiwi and banana are powerhouses, too? Kiwi is filled with anti-oxidants that aid baby's immunity and digestion, while banana is filled with fiber and potassium. Try this simple, yet tasty puree next time you make food for baby!
Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 2 kiwi
Instructions
- Steam the spinach on water level 2.
- Once done steaming, place spinach into the blending bowl. Put in the banana and kiwi as well.
- Pulse puree, adding water until desired consistency is reached.
- Enjoy!
