What could be better than a nutrient-packed fruit smoothie for breakfast? This smoothie is extra energizing, thanks to the combinations of kale, berries and orange juice. Chia seeds or flax seeds can be added in for a boost of omega fatty acids.

Instructions

  1. Put all the fruit (except juices) in the blending bowl.
  2. Pulse to blend, gradually adding orange and lime juice.
  3. Enjoy as a smoothie or pour mixture into Multiportions and freeze for approximately 30 minutes, or until firmly set but not completely frozen.
  4. Add a popsicle to each portion. Freeze until solid.
