Healthy Tzatziki Sauce Recipe
Maybe it’s just us, but we think Tzatziki sauce is pretty magical. Why? You can dip veggies in it, dip pita bread into it, use it as salad dressing or even layer it onto a sandwich….see? Magical. Not only that, but it’s healthy, easy to make AND both kids and adults are fans.

Healthy Tzatziki Sauce Recipe
Maybe it's just us, but we think Tzatziki sauce is pretty magical. Why? You can dip veggies in it, dip pita bread into it, use it as salad dressing or even layer it onto a sandwich....see? Magical. Not only that, but it's healthy, easy to make AND both kids and adults are fans.
Ingredients
- 8 ounce container non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 small cucumber (or 1/2 of a large cucumber) peeled and seeded
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber over a clean, lint-free kitchen towel.
- Once grated, gather the edges of the towel and squeeze any extra moisture out of the cucumbers over a sink.
- Put the greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, chives and salt and pepper in the blending bowl.
- Pulse to blend until combined.
- Add in the cucumber, pulsing only until combined.
