Healthy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

  1. Put the spinach in the steamer basket.
  2. Pour water into the tank (level 1).
  3. Start the cooking process.
  4. When the spinach is cooked, put it in the blending bowl and discard the cooking liquid.
  5. Add the olive oil and artichokes, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Blend, adding additional oil if needed.
