We've got a secret - you can whip up family-friendly dips, right in Babycook! Here's a guilt-free take on Spinach and Artichoke Dip that will be a family favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup raw unsalted cashews
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Put the spinach in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 1).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the spinach is cooked, put it in the blending bowl and discard the cooking liquid.
- Add the olive oil and artichokes, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend, adding additional oil if needed.
