Healthy Purple Potato Mash

Ingredients
- 2 purple potatoes medium, sliced into chunks
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Butter
- olive oil drizzled
Instructions
- Place the potatoes into the steam basket. Steam on water level 3.
- Once finished, transfer the potatoes into the blending bowl.
- Place the salt, pepper, milk, garlic, butter in the blending bowl.
- Pulse blend to puree until thoroughly mixed, adding in more milk if needed.
- Once mixed, take out and place into serving bowl. Top with additional salt, pepper and spices. Drizzle olive oil if desired. Enjoy!
