Have you introduced baby to Brussels sprouts yet? If not, here's why you should- they're high in vitamins C and K, as well as vitamins B1 and B6. Not only that, but they also contain good amounts of fiber, potassium and omega-3 fatty acids.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brussels sprouts chopped
- 1/4 cup ham cubed
- 3 tablespoons onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Put the Brussels sprouts, ham and onion in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the Brussels sprouts, ham and onion are cooked, pour them into the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
