ham and sweet potato purée
A seasonal dish for baby!
Ingredients
- 2 cups sweet potatoes cubed
- 1/2 cup ham sliced
- 1/4 cup formula, breast milk or cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/12 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon Butter
Instructions
- Put sweet potato and ham in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the sweet potatoes and ham are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Add the milk, butter, agave nectar, cinnamon, and ginger.
- Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
