Halibut, Leeks and Broccoli Purée
Babies can be introduced to fish as early as 8 months – when we came across this recipe featuring halibut, we knew we had to try it out for baby! The family can enjoy halibut and steamed broccoli, and baby can have the pureed version.

Halibut, Leeks and Broccoli Purée
Babies can be introduced to fish as early as 8 months - when we came across this recipe featuring halibut, we knew we had to try it out for baby! The family can enjoy halibut and steamed broccoli, and baby can have the pureed version.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup leeks chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup halbut cubed
- 1 sprig Thyme
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Put the leeks, broccoli, halibut and thyme in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into the tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the fish and vegetables are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Add the olive oil and some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
