Grinch’s Mac & Cheese

Add a holiday twist to a classic recipe. This Mac n’ Cheese is all green and ALL healthy. Made with nutrient dense ingredients, this recipe is sure to be a hit!

  1. Steam cook pasta shells with water level three using the grain insert.
  2. Steam spinach on water level 1.
  3. Place spinach into blending bowl. Add in avocado, olive oil, seasonings, & Greek yogurt. Puree until smooth. Add a dash of vegetable stock if necessary.
  4. Place pasta into bowl, pour sauce over and stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top as desired.
