This recipe will introduce baby to a whole new assortment of herbs!
More ways to love it: Start by having your baby taste the yogurt alone, then add a drizzle of oil, and then just one herb. Change the herb every time to figure out what your baby likes.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
- 1 sprig chives chopped
- 1 sprig chervil chopped
- 1 sprig tarragon chopped
- 1/4 shallot minced
- 1 drizzle walnut oil
- bread (for toasting)
Instructions
- Put the herbs and shallot in the blending bowl.
- Pulse-blend once or twice, so that herbs are fine but not the consistency of pulp.
- Add the Greek yogurt and pulse-blend once.
- Pour the mixture into a small bowl.
- Serve on toast.
