Why we love this recipe: non-processed cheese provides a considerable amount of protein needed for your child’s muscle, tissue and organ development. Plus it is a tasty source of calcium, vitamin D and vitamin A. Eggs promote a well-developed immune system and they’re a good source protein, iron and good cholesterol. Spinach is an excellent supply of essential vitamins and minerals, including calcium, iron, vitamins A, B, C, and K.

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Put the eggs, heavy cream, spinach, feta cheese, butter, salt and pepper in the blending bowl.
  3. Blend just until combined.
  4. Pour into Multiportions tray and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Let cool in container before serving.
