Falling for Falafel

chickpeas

fresh garlic

fresh parsley

black pepper

teaspoon
baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the blending bowl, combine chickpeas, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Blend until evenly mixed.
Once mixed, make form balls of about 3 inch diameter. Place on parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked allthe way through.
Serve and enjoy alone, on a salad or in a pita sandwich!
