Edamame, Carrot & Mushroom Purée

You won’t have ‘MUSH’room to talk after you take a bite of this purée! This vegetarian recipe is inspired by Asian flavor, and thanks to the edamame is chock-full of protein – perfect for a growing baby! 


  1. Put the carrots, mushrooms and edamame in the steamer basket.
  2. Pour water into the tank (level 2).
  3. Start the cooking process.
  4. Shell the edamame if you have not done so already.
  5. Transfer all ingredients to the blending bowl and pulse to puree.
  6. Add some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
