This recipe is our take on chicken (noodle-less) soup for baby. It’s full of protein and carbs to ensure that your little one has lots of energy!
Good to Know: Sweet potatoes contain lots of fiber, which contributes to the health of your baby’s digestive track, and Vitamin A, which contributes to the health of tissues and organs. A yam may be used in place of sweet potato – the difference between the two is the color and texture. Yams are even more moist and sweeter than sweet potatoes and the skin of a yam is dark red with orange flesh, while sweet potatoes have a light brown skin.
