Cod, Asparagus & Potato Puree
  1. Trim asparagus ends. Peel the asparagus with a vegetable peeler and wash. If they are too big, split them in half, otherwise, leave them as is and cut them into 3cm pieces.
  2. Peel, wash, and cut the potato into small 1 cm cubes.
  3. Check by passing the index finger on the net, that the fish does not contain an edge, then cut it into small pieces.
  4. Put the potato, asparagus, and cod in the steam basket.
  5. Pour water into the tank (level 3) and cook
  6. Save the cooking juices.
  7. Transfer the contents of the steam basket into the bowl.
  8. Pour the olive oil into the bowl.
  9. Add some of the cooking juices depending on the desired texture.
  10. Puree the contents of the bowl.
