Coconut Chocolate Macaroons
unsweetend coconut flakes
whole wheat flour
Place the coconut flakes, flour, coconut oil, and agave nectar in the blending bowl. Blend until mixed evenly.
Next, melt semi sweet chocolate in microwave pausing every 15-20 second to make sure the chocolate doesn’t burn.
After rolling mixture into balls, drizzle or fully coat each in the chocolate.
Place onto parchment paper and let them cool in the freezer for 30 minutes.
