Coconut Chocolate Macaroons
Having a piece of France has never been so easy. Try out these Coconut Chocolate Macaroons the next time you're craving something sweet!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetend coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate
Instructions
- Place the coconut flakes, flour, coconut oil, and agave nectar in the blending bowl. Blend until mixed evenly.
- Next, melt semi sweet chocolate in microwave pausing every 15-20 second to make sure the chocolate doesn't burn.
- After rolling mixture into balls, drizzle or fully coat each in the chocolate.
- Place onto parchment paper and let them cool in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
