Chocolate Mug Cake

  1. Put all of the ingredients in the blending bowl.
  2. Pulse blend until mixture is smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture to a bowl or measuring cup (for pouring).
  4. Pour water into tank (level 3).
  5. Clean and re-attach blending bowl and place steamer basket inside.
  6. Place a small, heat-safe glass bowl inside steamer basket.
  7. Pour 1/4 cup of mixture inside the glass bowl.
  8. Start the cooking process.
  9. When the cooking process is complete, remove the basket using the spatula and allow the cake to cool.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
