In celebration of Chocolate Mousse Day, here's an easy recipe that you can make right in your Babycook! It's the perfect pick-me-up for adults!
Ingredients
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chopped, plus extra for decoration
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons brewed espresso
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- Put the milk, espresso and butter in a small saucepan.
- Heat until the milk is scalded, about 3 minutes.
- Put the chocolate in the blending bowl.
- Pour the milk mixture into the blending bowl and blend until the chocolate is dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Add the eggs and blend until no lumps remain.
- Pour into cups and chill until set, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Garnish with the chocolate shavings, if desired, and serve.
