We love this simple purée- not only does it contain lots of protein from chicken, but it also introduces baby to the new flavors of leeks and rosemary.

Chicken, Leek & Rosemary Purée
We love this simple purée- not only does it contain lots of protein from chicken, but it also introduces baby to the new flavors of leeks and rosemary.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken breast cubed
- 1/2 cup leek chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon extra virgiin olive oil
Instructions
- Put chicken, leeks and rosemary in the steamer basket.
- Pour water into tank (level 3).
- Start the cooking process.
- When the chicken, leeks and rosemary are cooked, put them in the blending bowl, reserving the cooking liquid.
- Add the olive oil and some of the cooking liquid to bring the purée to the desired consistency and blend.
