Carrots, Curry and Orange Puree
Warm up this winter season with our Carrots, Curry, and Orange Purée straight from our Ducasse Cookbook!
Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 3 orange slices
- 1/4 orange zest zest 1/4 of an orange
- 1 pinch curry powder
- 1 pinch salt optional
- 1 teaspoon olive oil we used @wearebrightland
Instructions
- Peel and chop the carrots and orange
- Fill up to water level 4 in the Babycook Express
- Place carrots in steam basket
- Start the eco cooking process
- When cooked, reserve the leftover juice
- Put the contents of the basket in the bowl along with 3 orange slices, orange zest, curry powder, salt, and olive oil
- Add some of the cooking juice depending on the desired texture
- Blend the contents of the bowl to desired texture
- Enjoy!
