carrot & white bean soup
If you haven’t introduced beans to your baby, now just may be the time to. This recipe is the perfect choice for those still-chilly spring days. The carrot in this soup, which can be adjusted to baby’s liking, helps to sweeten it for baby’s palate. For finicky eaters, we suggest leaving out the garlic.
Good to Know: Good (super healthy) things come in small packages, and white beans are no exception. Beans contain a healthy dose of fiber as well as protein, vitamin C, iron, zinc and potassium.
