Carrot Honey Ginger Puree
  1. Peel and chop the carrots. Place the carrots into the steam basket, with the ginger on top.
  2. Fill to water level three and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, place the carrots and ginger into the blending bowl.
  4. Add in the honey and olive oil and blend slightly, leaving a thicker consistency.
  5. Enjoy!
